A strong guarantee like that just does not come out of thin air, we work hard to make your Custom-Neon Sign’s journey as smooth as it gets
In any case if you happen to discover, upon delivery, the sign to be cracked, broken or in a not-working condition(after the recommended testing), you should contact our ‘Customer Service Department’ straight away.
If there is such a problem ,we suggest you to be quick! For if you miss out on reporting a breakage within 48 hours of delivery, you will become responsible for the shipping-expenses there-forth.
Along with our guarantee of a breakage-free delivery, we provide you with a 1 year warranty during which if you find your Custom-Neon Sign in a lesser(broken or otherwise) condition, we will be responsible to replace those parts for free! Although, we consider you smart enough to be able to change/replace the parts we have sent, on your own. If you need guidance anyways, we’ll tell you how to do it. All we will need is a picture of the broken part of the sign so that we know exactly what we’re to replace.
Freight Shipments (within USA)
Please inspect every sign immediately when delivered via freight/truck. If any sign is damaged, please ask the driver to sign on the bill of delivery how many signs are damaged. This will help us resolve your sign problems. Thank you for your cooperation.
Please DO NOT ask the driver to operate the liftgate or inside delivery service. These services cost an extra, which are not included in your invoice. If you wish to have liftgate or inside delivery service, please notify us immediately or we will have to charge back to you.
UPS/FedEx Address Correction Fees
In the event UPS/FedEx is charging us additional fees on address correction, we will rebill your order/invoice/credit card.
